We are pleased to announce the submission of our business plans for Australian Gas Networks and Multinet Gas Networks to the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) for the next five-year period commencing 1 July 2023.
Following a joint customer and stakeholder engagement approach together with AusNet, Australian Gas Networks and Multinet Gas Networks’ Final Plans are underpinned by a rigorous customer and stakeholder engagement process, putting customers at the centre of its planning.

We expect the AER to release their draft decision on our Final Plans later this year.
Recent Major Engagement Programs:
More than 450,000 South Australian homes and businesses rely on us to deliver gas safely and reliably every day. In South Australia, we own, operate and maintain the gas distribution network.
Every five years, we submit a plan to our economic regulator, the Australian Energy Regulator. Through an extensive engagement program with our South Australian stakeholders, plans and expenditure proposal were developed for the South Australian gas distribution network for the current period 2021 to 2026.
This engagement program was successful in winning the national industry award for engagement.
We engaged extensively with our customers and stakeholders to develop a plan that will deliver value for Western Australia customers in 2021 – 2025 and beyond. Over 18 months, commencing in June 2018, we engaged extensively with customers and other stakeholders to help shape and inform our plans.
We lodged our Final Plan with the Economic Regulation Authority on 2 January 2020.
